Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

The short version: Clip Collider lets you make physics videos in your browser. Your first 3 exports are free; after that you need a Pro subscription. The videos you make are yours. Only upload images and sounds you have the right to use. You can cancel at any time. The full terms below are what actually apply.

01Who we are

Clip Collider (the "Service", available at clipcollider.com) is operated by Filip Horejš, a natural person based in the Czech Republic ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02What the Service does

Clip Collider is a browser-based studio for making short physics animations ("clips"). You pick a template, optionally add your own images and sounds, and export an MP4 video. Rendering happens on your own device, in your browser. The images, sounds and videos you work with are not uploaded to our servers.

03Your account

04Free exports and Pro plans

Every account gets 3 free exports. Previewing templates in the Studio is unlimited and free. To export more, you need a Pro subscription:

PlanPriceBilled
Monthly€12every month
6 months€58every 6 months
Yearly€72every year

05Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Pro gives you digital content and a service that starts immediately, at checkout we ask you to agree that the service begins right away and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it does. If you don't give that consent, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal and can ask for a refund by emailing us within 14 days of purchase.

This does not affect any other rights you have under consumer law.

06What you upload and what you make

07Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Video export needs a modern browser that supports WebCodecs (current Chrome, Edge or Safari). We may add, change or remove templates and features over time. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, you can cancel and get a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your current period.

09Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost followers or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may end these Terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break them. If we end the agreement without you breaking it, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid plan.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For important changes, we'll email signed-in users at least 14 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.

12Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please email us first; we'll try to sort it out. Consumers in the Czech Republic can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
